A long exposure photo of a dead tree on Driftwood Beach in Georgia.
This photograph is printed from edge to edge on high-quality LightJet print on Ilford B/W Mat Paper. Mounted on an aluminum backing, ready to hang floating mount, no frame needed. Each print is signed and numbered en verso with a certificate of authenticity.
The trees are dead, as defined by the lack of continued cellular growth, but are they really dead. As they sit on this beach, the waves gently crashing over them, their souls still speak. They may in fact, still be very much alive, just in a context that is difficult for us to understand.
