Born from the Streets is a series where I take images from the streets and put them in an environment that expresses those very same streets. I at an urban style base, plywood, and fencing, and take elements from the streets, and layers of spray paint to create a canvas. Then the photoprint what affixed to the canvas using wheat past. Lastly, the print is covered in Art Resin to protect it.
I met this man on the streets of Little Five Points Atalanta. He called himself the One-Eyed Blue Man, and he could rip the harmonica. I could tell he was kind and gentle. We talked a bit about his rocky career, but he seemed positive and happy. I have started including objects of inerment to the portriates I take. This harmonica was his, and I believe the two pieces really should go together. When this piece sells, I would like to find the One-Eyed Blue Man and Give him half. Leads are welcome!
